Recruitment Information

Recruitment can be intimidating for Potential New Members, but our chapter is dedicated to making everyone feel welcome in our suite!

During the first round of Formal Recruitment, each Potential New Member will talk to a few of our sisters in order for her to see what our chapter is all about. Basically, this round is for us to get to know each other!

The second round of Formal Recruitment is an invitational round, and the theme of the night is each chapter's philanthropy.  Zeta Tau Alpha's national philanthropy is Breast Cancer Awareness and Education. During this round, we want to show Potential New Members just how passionate we are about our philanthropy and helping others, as well as show how it brings our sisters closer to one another. We will tell you all about our partners, such as The American Cancer Society and Bright Pink! We want to hear all about your passions too! Throughout this night, we look forward to learning what makes you, YOU!

The final round of Formal Recruitment is preference round, and it is also an invitational round. During this round, Potential New Members will experience Zeta's special Preference Ceremony. This evening is a glimpse of what it means to be a Zeta Tau Alpha.  We want to show everyone present at the ceremony what makes our sisterhood so strong and special, and most importantly, how it can become a part of your life too.
